Default BPO Interview Questions and Answers

If you are gearing up for BPO Interview, then here is something useful
In most of the BPO interviews questions remains same but they just twist or change a bit or part of it to make it look different.

  • Run through Cv
  • Why BPO/ Why do you want to join BPO
  • What is so good in voice process/ Why you want to join voice process
  • What is MIS
  • What is BPO/ what BPO stands for
  • What we do in BPO/ KPO/ Call Center
  • What makes you think that we will hire you/ why should we hire you.
  • What is X BPO offers you better package then we are offering you now
  • Why should we hire you
  • Reason to leave your previous employer
  • How comfortable you are with night shifts/ odd hour shifts or working on National holidays and festivals
  • What is head hunting
  • Speak on any random topic for atleast 3 minutes
  • If your team is not performing well then what all you can do to improve team performance
  • How will you handle stress of extended odd shift hours
  • What changes you want to see in India/ Is Indian culture changing due to BPO culture
  • Which other BPO you want to work for

*These are the top/ main questions which you will find in most of the BPO interviews and remember to prepare for some random topics too, the basic thing any BPO looks for is neutral English/language with proper voice intonation.

Will be posting answers to this very soon, apart from that all of you can also contribute and share knowledge.

Thanks

Some of the key points that are missing is that the person who wants to work in a certain BPO should make sure that he or she studies about the company a bit so that when they talk something about it they know what they are talking.

There is this question what do we do in a bpo/call center?
can i have a perfect definition of it, i mean not the wikipedia one, but a true definition of what goes in a bpo.
