Thanks for providing such useful info regarding BPO industry in India. Well BPO Industry has been expanding at a fast speed in India. As we all know that after US India is the only country where maximum no. of people can communicate in English which makes India a good center for BPO.
BPO sector is growing day by day. Various foreign companies outsource their tasks and process to BPO in India.
