Young and Alone
Youngsters always prefer to have freedom. Once a guy lands a well-paying job, he tries to put up his life in a new environment, away from interference from parents or relatives.
This opens way to a fun and care free way of living. Working hard and enjoying harder with late night parties, cigarettes and alcohol. Add to it a diet of junk food gulped down with carbonated drinks gives the exact picture of a youngster living alone away from the family.
The problems like depression, anxiety and heart problems are being detected in these young men frequently. This life style not only affects the physical health but also the mental health of youngsters. It has been found by Mental Health foundation that the youngsters are lonelier than any other age group. With no time for actual bonding, these young men often turn of to be robotic without empathy or sensitivity towards others or to themselves.
Often it is advised to seek professional help if needed. Ensure a proper sleeping pattern. Nutritionists advise extra care on the diet. Avoid too much alcohol and smoking. Eat a well-balanced food. Often it would be better to hire a maid and eat home-cooked food than live on a junk food regime.
Firms have realized this threat faced by their young employees and often arrange classes and seminars by nutritionists to educate the employees on the importance of healthy living. In the absence of a parental supervision, be responsible for yourself. Lead a healthier life and live longer.
