Question why can't we say NO to a person

have you experience this kind of emotion...that its very hard to say NO to the person?

... could be to your father, mother, bestfriend , crush, lover...

sometimes it makes us mute and no other words to say but yes... then after the encounter u regret for saying YES where you could have said NO...

Its because we don’t want to hurt anybody's feelings. Saying no is an Art but there are very less people who know this art and apply it.People who learn to say No is much happy than people in the second category.

yes i get ur idea moderator... what im expressing here is not a usual NO...

thanks for the idea aditi..it could be true..it's an art ... to be learned :-)

if there is a YES man... there are also people whom you can easily say YES! the charisma of that person pushes us to give positive answer to his/her favors...

and that is still an art or a skill that is an innate or adapted from the environment (consciously or unconsciously).

just a thought ;-)

I like people who van say NO, it makes me feel guilty if I realise someone said yes to me simply coz they couldn't say NO. I prefer to say NO when I need to so that my Yesses have some value

not really Aditi , I feel people will say "yes" to please some one to gain friends , but everyone can say no if they are being true to themselves and the the other.
