Last year, when i went to apply to this call center, i was asked for a proper training session before the final interview and hence i got this 3 day workshop to do, there i was told how people were called "managed and civilized" when they had been given proper training before commencing on with their jobs and careers.

Hahaha !! you should have posted this in the jokes and smiles section, managed and civilized lols, nice phrase for people who are not such people and who never will be.
