Working in a BPO or any other place helps make people develop themselves into much more competitive and mature individuals, helping them solve issues and matters with more precision than they could do before.

working anywhere could develop your personality, it makes you a mature person, it makes you feel like a responsible person and the best thing is you dont have to rely on anyone else on your financial gains =)

Personality development comes when a person is willing to develop from inside, if a person has no eagerness to develop his maturity and thinking of working in a place then he wil never succeed.

personality development can develop from any field, its just how you communicate with the people that matters the most

If a person is not interested in developing/evolving himself, then he/she can't evolve into a better person.

I strongly feel it all depends on the mind of the person and not the job.

I totally disagree with you on this point. Practice can't make a man perfect but only perfect practice makes a man perfect.

Working anywhere can even kill your skills, just after joining new work place one should always compare and analyze opportunities available.
