I too beleive that job satisfaction is must, then only i can grow my growth there. Job is sumthing Give & Take policy, i am been paid for wht i work, & as per my performance i am been promoted for good post whhich will b mine acheivment & i think if my all need r been satisfied in the same job i will definately work harder & harder for the company. i thnk we shuld work that much good as our boss should also depend on us.........to do the thngs posible.
