Default Cooking filipino dish

i love cooking... but im not a professional cook..

this is my specialty.. Chicken Adobo

Ingredients : chicken cuts, veg. oil, garlic, white onion, salt, soy sauce, carrots, potato, banana(cardava), and brown sugar..

1. smile during the preparation of the ingredients.. u may sing during the cooking process...
2. put d 1 tablespoon oil to pan
3. saute the garlic and white onion for 20 seconds
4. then put the chicken cuts.. (3/4 kilo or 1kg)
5. rest it for 3 minutes..
6. add the potato, carrots and banana, allow to soften for 10 minutes.
7. add soy sauce (approximately 1 2oz gravy ladle) and brown sugar 2 tablespoon
8. allow to boil for 2 minutes (taste it)...
9. if u want it more salty u may add small amount of salt or soy sauce
10. check if potato, carrots banana and if totally soften ... to make thick consistency on the soup or sauce...
11. Then serve with love ;-)

Enjoy ur meal!

Smile

u may also prepare something for dessert ...

Mango Float (just a less cost dessert)

Ingredients: Condensed Milk, All purpose Cream, Crushed Graham, and sliced Mangoes

1. Mix Condensed Milk with All Purpose Cream ( 1:2 ratio) and let it rest to chiller for 30 minutes...

2. Prepare a food container, i prefer to have smaller container for fast freezing, slice the mangoes while waiting for the 30 minutes...

3. if the mixture has thick consistency...it's ready for use..

4. pour an amount of milk on the container ( 1/2 inch length)from d bottom part ...then spread the crushed graham over the cream mixture...

5. then put mangoes on top of crushed graham (it should be covered with mangoes)

6. pour another 1/4 inch cream mixture over the mango then crushed graham again..

7. ensure to cover the cream mix with crushed graham on top...

8. age it in the freezer.... once frozen or hardened its ready to eat nah.. :-)

Happy Eating :-)
