Hello Seher, No i'm not admin here but i can tell you how to put smileys, As quick post suggest, it's only for quick posting, To use smileys you need to click on Post Reply button.

Well i worked in BPO when i was in college, I joined Infosys and i was in "Verizon process", Now after completing my college i'm full fledge in anti virus company for last 2 years
