Keeping yourself healthy is a must and one way to do is by playing any kind of outdoor sport which you like. i suggest everyone out there who sit at one place and work all day and cant do any kind of exercise should go out and play some cricket or basketball or baseball or tennis. it would just make your body lose some extra calories and move your muscles.

Sports for fitness is actualy a must has ayesha has said, very right. but yeah sports is necessary for every person no matter they stay at one place working or have a hectic schedule.

I love to play badminton, thats the game that makes me fit and healthy and fine always .
