People have a lot of dieting issues going around these days. Want to eat junk food and they do eat a lot but still they want to get slim and perfect looking too. this cant be done, but i think a balanced diet would help. any help from how can we balance junk food with being slim too ?

you cant eat junk food and still remain slim and sexy. you need to get out of the comfort zone and work on your shape and diet to get fit and healthy. |

For a good diet, you should consult someone who has the medical background so that they can help you properly and accordingly. for my diet i asked my sister and she suggested i do not take in anything spicy or oily, that would just spoil my stomach and not allow me to work properly.

Junk food and balanced Diet don't go together. If you want to have junk food you can't have a balanced diet. But it is true that the best option to stay healthy is to have a balanced diet. I agree with ayesha oil and spice are a no for those who want to look slim and smart.

Well, diet means in consumption of right amount of food and that is all seven food groups. You can not have unique food and think that it is able to provide all the nutrients. You must have a proper balanced diet, if you want energy throughout the day, otherwise the body can not function properly. If you do not have a good diet can not even look younger, because it helps to have anti-oxidants.
