Default some good reasons to start exercise

If you work in a BPO and not suffering from regular stomach ache/ digestion problem then you are luck enough coz about 95% of BPO employees suffer from digestion problem due to there bad sleeping and eating habbits.

The only thing most of the BPO employees don' t do is exercise.

Some good reasons to start exercise

  • Reduces the risk of premature death
  • Reduces the risk of developing and/ or dying from heart disease
  • Reduces high blood pressure or the risk of developing high blood pressure
  • Reduces high blood pressure or the risk of developing high colesterol
  • Reduces the risk of developing colon cancer or breast cancer
  • Reduces the risk of developing diabetes
  • Reduces or maintain body weight or body fat.
  • Build and maintain healthy muscles, bones and joints
  • Reduces depression and anxiety
  • Improves psychological well-being
  • Enhanced work, recreation and sport performance.

Thanks alot mate, one of my friends works in a BPO and i showed him this post, actually pasted it to his email and told him to work on it. He was very glad to receive it and he will soon join this forum too.

Yes like zamru said this really is a nice post and i should be actually working on this myself as every now and then i have issues with my health and my boss now doesnt feel like giving me any off no more, thanks alot dude for al this.

Yeah exercise is necessary to all those who just work and work and not budge from their seats all day, they dont even move to have their meals, now thats like more than enough. more than 8 hours sitting at one place, just moving out for the loo and not eating and drinking properly, just junk food. that makes you totally unfit. exercise is a must

I go for an exercise so i dont need to read stuff here, but yeah i can share smoe that never eat and directly exercise, you will never lose weight that way, always exercise after an hour or two of lunch or dinner.

morning exercise is very necessary, do that, you would always feel better and yeah in sometime you will start losing weight and yes please do not leave exercising in the middle, keep it a daily routine.

From last 4 days I am suffering from this stomach ache and indigestion problem, according to doctor its just because of zero physical activity (which i agree to)
Last time i went out to play was around a year ago, will resume the same exercise routine soon to keep digestive system in place.

I wrote some articles on benefits of exercise and games but forgot to follow all of them

feel sorry for you bhai-jaa n
you dont need to play to be fit, if u dont have time, just try to walk for short distances which normally might be using some transport, I try to walk 1-2kms at least once in a week

Exercise helps to maintain a perfect health. Here are some reasons that will benefit a lot:
1. It helps in preventing disease
2. It enhance your mood
3. It helps in maintain a weight.
4. Exercise changes your whole lifestyle. It is a way to get time out for yourself and make your lifestyle healthy and contended.

Regular, moderate weight-bearing exercise such as walking, gardening, dancing, and so help maintain bone density and prevent osteoporosis, the bone-thinning. Low-intensity exercise can prevent it by strengthening the heart, reduces blood pressure, reduce cholesterol and fight against obesity and diabetes.
