Yes like zamru said this really is a nice post and i should be actually working on this myself as every now and then i have issues with my health and my boss now doesnt feel like giving me any off no more, thanks alot dude for al this.

Yeah exercise is necessary to all those who just work and work and not budge from their seats all day, they dont even move to have their meals, now thats like more than enough. more than 8 hours sitting at one place, just moving out for the loo and not eating and drinking properly, just junk food. that makes you totally unfit. exercise is a must

I go for an exercise so i dont need to read stuff here, but yeah i can share smoe that never eat and directly exercise, you will never lose weight that way, always exercise after an hour or two of lunch or dinner.

From last 4 days I am suffering from this stomach ache and indigestion problem, according to doctor its just because of zero physical activity (which i agree to)
Last time i went out to play was around a year ago, will resume the same exercise routine soon to keep digestive system in place. I wrote some articles on benefits of exercise and games but forgot to follow all of them
