Default Need to loose some weight

My husband and I have been married for 18 months now n from last 4 months I am pregnant with the first child of family. In this all time I have gained too much weight (even on face n arms) and which is bit unattractive, on the other side my hubby has also gained a lot of weight which makes him look too much old thn he is in real, It seems like he is willing to accept me in this shape but I want him to look bit young and slim as he was is there any way by which we can re gain the same looks and the way we were.

I think a little bit of exercise, especially YOGA should be very helpful for the both of you, it will not only bring you in shape and back to what you two were but also give you some internal satisfaction of being normal and fit again.

How is it working out now ? Are you getting any better with some exercise or gaining more weight. if you still have any issues and you cant write down here then please write it in my inbox and i will try to help you as much as possible.

Ask me how to lose weight, ive lost like 15kgs in 6 months and thats like been the most perfect of dieting schedules ever, i quit lunches and survived on dinners only for all this time, and took only boiled vegetables in dinners, thats it.

Losing weight that is really hard. According to me the best way to lose weight is to do little dieting and exercise. Skipping meals is not good cause if you do that you will be hungrier when you eat and unknowingly you ear more than you actually should.

And yes you should have at least 5 meals in a day. Meaning good breakfast, snack, then lunch, then snack and then dinner. But hey the snack should be very light and no fried things!!!! I Know it seems hard but believe me once you do this it becomes easy

Hey by skipping lunch or diner will not deduce your weight. you can have your breakfast,lunch & diner time to time, but with that u should do yoga. take atleast half an hour walk daily in morning & in night after diner, avoid oilly food, especially panner, butter, etc........u will definately loose ur weight.........
