Staying fit is a concern for all. People do desperate measures like do a crash diet, fast for days and give up favorite snacks and desserts. Such methods often pose more disadvantages than advantages. Weight lost so is usually regained in hardly any time. Often other concerns like frequent tiredness, hair loss and inability to concentrate also appears.
The easier and healthier option is to try to do things slowly and over time. Get used to some healthier habits and become fitter and healthier devoid of effort.
Adopt healthier eating habits. Do not fast frequently and fall into temptation and indulge in a binge eating later, but change the diet slowly and slightly. Drink more water to aid in faster digestion. The added water in the system helps in removal of toxins accumulated toxins over time. Also thirst is sometimes interpreted by the body as hunger. Always take some water about thirty minutes before every meal to reduce the appetite. This will also aids in better digestion.
Eat fresh vegetables and fruits. Eat fruits and fiber-filled vegetables as the first course of your dinner. This will fasten up the digestive process and reduce the fat absorbed from the meal. The vitamins and minerals of the fruits will give more energy and stamina.
It is easy to take up a new habit. Follow the same procedure for a fortnight and it becomes a habit. So, make small but firm steps to ensure betterment of your own health and personality
