Default Guys What is your take on the climate change deal situation

I admire this guy for taking matters in to his one hands and wasting no time. Just wanted to find out general opinion what do you guys think.
Copenhagen, Denmark - Delegates at the U.N. Climate Change Conference are "running short on time" to reach agreement on a deal, U.S. President Barack Obama told them Friday.
"There is no time to waste," he said. "Now I believe it's the time for the nations and the people of the world to come behind a common purpose. We are ready to get this done today, but there has to be movement on all sides."

I am really not very good with political discussions, so will wait for others to comment on this.

Well this isnt entirely a political debate here, this deal is something that has been going on since every came to know about it around 10 years back, but nobody has been doing anything about it. This is purely a greedy matter on behalf of the americans. if they want they could solve this issue way back. lets see what OBAMA can do about this.

it just turned out nothing more than a way to forcec developing nations into reducing their emission while the developed countries could emit more thanks to the danish dumbos

any how that was opposed and only a name sake deal with no signings took place, I don't see any one following that though, so in simple the politicians are not worried about climate they have better things to focus on - like how to win next elections
