Its just an simple question which can make a big difference

Are you Satisfied with your job in BPO

If I talk about myself then I am really Ok with my job, can not say that I am satisfied due to number of issues and can not say that I dissatisfied because it gives me my bread.

Hope to see your views about the topic, may be it will help Sr. Management to understand issues in better way.

its mostly transitory so JOB satisfaction in a long sense is not present

I am satisfied with my BPO job, I used to have some problems at the starting stage regarding to shift I was having but later on, on my request it was adjusted and I was able to manage my time properly.

I am satisfied with my BPO job, I used to face some problems at the starting stage.because I was fresher here but now I enjoyed a lot my work and also happy with my job.
