BPO employees are known to be COMPLAINANT?
I'm actually not sure if i should post about this issue, but i just need some inputs from BPO employees.
at my work, customer complains are very valuable to us--no matter how petty the complain is, we really take time to resolve customer complain and to win them back.
our customer's profile are--- villagers, office workers, walk-ins, students and BPO employees.
On the monthly basis we gather and summarize received complains to make long term action planning.I have observed that most complains are coming from a BPO employees. We have ask other branch if they have same issue ... and they also confirmed that BPO employees are their usual complainant... even if their market is class A and B.
Im not sure if there's something wrong with our service or just the attitude of some BPO employees are really just like that...
