Female employees throughout anywhere in the world are treated to as inferior to men, they are not paid well and if they are as the same post or designation as their male counterpart, they are paid lesser than their colleague. Is it ethical?

It used to be very common for employers to pay men more than women even when they do exactly the same job.Many countries agreed that it was very important to create an international agreement that people, regardless of what country they live in, should be protected from discrimination and should have the same basic human rights.

I am against this statement and honestly I am not sure why you think like that. In my organisation all employees are same salary slap (same level) and my client company's CEO is a female.
