I am operating a small offshore RPO (catering US clients) in Gujarat from home, I am planning to expand and move out to a commercial premisses!

Now I need to know does RPO fall under OSP eligibility? I could not find clear indicatives on any of blogs or websites for RPO and it is very different then generic call centers.

I would appreciate, if any of you can shed some light on this area, also if there any other legal mandates for RPO companies that I should be aware?

I have also heard that I need to obtain some permission from local police department for running my office during night hours!
