We are into providing solutions for both data conversions as well as
Automations.

Through our tools center falling behind in reaching targets and unable to
reach qc levels for which they loose processes would have a good
feasibility in working longer and regaining the processes.

Usually in data entry works ( form filling, image conversions etc. etc. )
main things why centers loose the processes is just due to

1) Incomplete submission of the given work load within the TAT.

2) Quality parameters.

To over come this we can provide services depending on your requirements
and processes.

With our tools for eg: In an online process if the process works with time
frame ( i.e login & log out time ) we help the centers in utilising the
time for longer and strechable hours without the use of clients assigned
hours.


Eg: In an Online Process Consisting ( 10 seater/30 days TAT/ 9AM -6PM
WORKING TIME, IRRESPECTIVE OF WORK LOAD )


10agents * 270hours/agent/month * 30 days = 2700hrs in a TAT is officialy
given for the center to work on the process to reach the target as well as
accuracy.

If a center is willing to hire the services of RS GAMES then with our
tools we help the process run for :


10agents * 720 hours/ agent/ month * 30 days = 21,600 hours would be time
available for a center to work on the process to submit the work with
required accuracy.

It would obviously give a center more working hours as well as the QC
would be easily achieved with the number of working hours being 80% bonus
for that of the original one.

CENTERS can work on the QC part with thorough re-checking which would
obviously yield them results.



So our Services would help a center deal with both ONLINE/ OFFLINE PROCESS.
