I want to know about call centers in UAE?The whole work Methodoloy? Details please?

Hi,
We are an outsourcing company, and provide process to call centers in India, USA, Canada & Australia and right now planning to expand business in UAE. We basically deal with inbound, outbound process. So I want to know where I can get list of call centers there who would be interested in having business. Also want to know how is UAE BPO doing?
