Job Description: * Handle a team of 15-20 Billers
* Responsible for mentoring and coaching the team
* Plan and meet daily targets

Desired Profile: * 4+ Years of experience in Medical Billing
* Good domain knowledge on Billing
* Excellent understanding of Charge entry, Cash posting and AR Analysis
* Exposure in Hospital Billing is an advantage
* Direct Client handling exposure preferred
