The most important role in any business is played by a business.Analyst who could be an independent consultant or in most cases, the person giving directions to the organization's business activities. The Business Analyst has to be completely clear about the organization's goals which include both short-term and long-term goals and has to be aware of how to implement them.
The person may have some technical knowledge but a technical qualification is not a prerequisite. However, a Business analysts must have some basic knowledge of newer technologies that can be used by the organisations to achieving its goals. in most cases, a Business Analyst simply explains the directions the organisation needs to take to keep the business running.
