I spent entire night in Party and now suffering from hangover, aahhhhh
This is kind of regular situation after party night, here i have some very simple tips to avoid that aahhhhhh situation.
The basic reason of hangover is dehydration (low water level in body)
At the night
- Drink as much water as you can because it makes you want to pee and reduces alcohol level from body and dilutes alcohol inside your stomach.
- Don't mix just coke n rum/whiskey or any cold drink + alcohol, always remember to add some water in it as it reduces chances of dehydration. If you are vodka lover then best is to put some lime slices in drink.
- Go for some heavy food like chicken, bread, burrito or naan because it can absorb alcohol resulting less chances of hangover.
The Next Morning
Ok, by any chance if you still get a hangover hit next morning then you can try any of these
- Drink as much water as you can
- Vomit out last nights drinks and stuff (in any case last nights drink is not helpful next morning)
- Work out or look for a short walk with a bottle of water to sweat it out,
- There is no known medicine to cure it but still you can take multivitamin to reduce hangover effects.
