I want to know if my hymen is broken or not, very soon i am getting married and don't want to face embarrassment on first night. I know girls bleed on first night but i am afraid that my hymen is already broke as i used tampon for some time and have even tried masturbation several times. I don't want to be a shame for my family, please guide or suggest something by which i can bring the things back to normal state as they were in beginning.

Virginity got nothing much to do with hymen, you can even break it by cycling or if one plays lot of sports then also hymen can break.
Second, be advised that only some of girls bleed during first intercourse not all.
Third, how can you relate bleeding with matter of pride or shame, its really strange girl. Please be assured that tampons can not cause any such damage, tampon and male organ are two different things (in size, shape, thickness n stiffness) and don't serve same purpose in any case.
Most important, your guy can not make out himself that if you had sex before or not as it just takes a few weeks for female organ to take its original shape back. Masturbation is perfectly alright and healthy act which can not cause any serious issue till the time you physically abuse your body part or try anything extreme.

Even if your hymen isnt broken it is not necessary that you will bleed not everyone bleeds when their hymen breaks . Hymen is a very very thin tissue and in some cases breaks without bleeding.

And anyways even if your hymen is broken by use of tampons or masturbation you are still a virgin as long as you haven't had sexual intercourse.
