Even I am nocturnal animal who loves to stay awake whole night long, there are few diet tips which i can point out and some time management tips are there.
The thing which I follow to stay in shape
Never eat before sleeping in morning, try to have liquid food in morning like juice, milk or something similar.
Don't eat anything for atleast one hour after you wake up but drink as much water as you can.
Heavy meal is good before going to work or before starting your day.
After coming back from work, a short walk is always good.
On weekends/ weekly offs try to go for some yoga or hobby class to keep your body n mind alive.
