Its just an simple question which can make a big difference

Are you Satisfied with your job in BPO

If I talk about myself then I am really Ok with my job, can not say that I am satisfied due to number of issues and can not say that I dissatisfied because it gives me my bread.

Hope to see your views about the topic, may be it will help Sr. Management to understand issues in better way.
