I am not working in any BPO but i know a number of friends who work in BPO and give proper time to family, fun, sports and other activities.

Working in BPO is not really a tough job as it just another job or another shift which starts in evening or at night, it should not affect that much because even here you work for 8-9 hours only and that is too for 5 days.
