I left my last job because of my boss, he was too annoying and too distracting too. It was a technical helpline department and guess what my manager was not aware of the technology being used in the product for which we served as a helpline. Now if the manager himself is totally unaware, what right does he have to shout and de-morale all of us. I had to leave that job and along with me many did that too..
