Default Working in BPO After Marriage and Time Management

There are lot many people who say that working in BPO's after marriage is not an easy task and can give number of issues and problems. I am working in a BPO from last 3 years and can understand that we do late night/ odd shifts but still if you have know about time management then can handle this issue in a very easy manner. As a person or I manage my home, work and social life without missing my basic roles in any situation.

Just trying to pen down few steps you can take care of to manage or divide your time

Identify Day and Time of work (shifts): Like if you are working in day shift or night shift or late evening shift.

Analyse the importance of events: Just mark importance level of events and people with taking good care of family first.

Identify Off days and mark/plan time for family, friends and special person.

Stick to your needs and take care of others prefernce

Bring out some free time for yourself when you can simply sit and can enjoy the peace with some strange and lovely thoughts running in mind.

Fix your other extra activities like playing football, swiming, gym etc. in your daily routines only rather then leaving them for weekend or weekly offs.
