Most of the organizations have Internal Grievance Redressal Machinery but still most of the employees still face number of issues when it comes to resolution, one of my friend just got terminated from work due to some issues and he is looking for a platform to voice his issue as employer is not willing to give him any more time to voice his issue.

If you have any information about the same then please share it here, apart from that very soon we will have our own Employee Grievance section here on forum. I am going through some documents published by Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances to gain more knowledge about the subject.
